Tinga Tacos Recipe - 30 Mins - Serves 3-4

400g Chicken Breast
2 Onions
1 Bottle of Tinga Taco Cooking Sauce
8 Small Tortilla Wraps

1. Slice onions thinly & fry in a large frying pan until soft.
2. At the same time, cut chicken into medium-sized chunks, add to saucepan, cover with salted water & bring to boil.
3. Simmer for 15 mins, then drain water from pan.
4. With two forks shred the cooked chicken into small pieces.
5. Add the chicken to the onions & pour over a bottle of Tinga Taco Cooking Sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook for 4 mins.
6. Spoon mixture onto warm tortillas.
7. Serve with a dollop of Gran Luchito Tomatillo Salsa, guacamole & a squeeze of fresh lime.

Other ideas:
Pork Pibil - In a hot frying pan, brown some chunks of pork shoulder. Place in slow cooker along with sliced onions & pour over Tinga Taco Cooking Sauce. Cook on low for 2-3 hours until meat is falling apart. Shred with forks & serve on warm tortillas with pickled onions, sour cream, fresh coriander & Gran Luchito Red Pepper Salsa.

Low 'n' slow - In a hot frying pan, brown chicken thighs & sliced onions. Once browned, add to slow cooker & cover with Tinga Taco Cooking Sauce. Cook gently for a few hours or until meat is falling apart.
